How long should I wait after my order to see my product delivered ?
T-shirts, polos, sweatshirts and gifts are produced less than 48 hours after your order, then sent within five days. That means that there is at maximum a week to wait. However if you have not seen anything in your mailbox, contact our subcontractor Spreadshirt, give the number of your order, and inform them that you are still waiting for your order.
How much are the delivery fees?
The delivery fees depend on your country : they are set by our subcontractor Spreadshirt and by your country postal service. The standard delivery cost for European Union countries are usually around 3 or 4€. For American and Asian countries, please visit our other Scout Connection store.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Yes, but be quick! After the order of your product (tee-shirt, polo, hoodies or gifts), you will receive an email of confirmation from our subcontractor Spreadshirt. You will find a link in it that will allow you to manage/delete your order if the product(s) is (are) still not produced (which happens in 48 hours). However, you still have the right to repossess within 14 days – see below.
Satisfied or reimbursed: right to repossess within 14 days!
If you have never worn or washed your product and if you are not satisfied with the result, you can send it back! It is satisfied or reimbursed!
To do that, just make contact with our subcontractor Spreadshirt. They will tell you what to do. Postal fees are to be advanced and will be then reimbursed with the product price.
What kind of quality are our products ?
Our products have a great quality for at least two reasons:
Our subcontractor Spreadshirt only work with the best textile brands and therefore our scout tee-shirts, polo shirts and hooded sweatshirts have this quality.
We print our pattern with the Flocking/Flexography technique and not with a simple digital transferred printing. This technique assures a very long duration for your clothing patterns, after numerous washes.
What is the Flocking/Flexography method?
These two techniques are used to print our clothing patterns. They both assure a long duration for these patterns. However there are some differences between the two:
Flexography printing: is the printing method that is the most commonly used in the textile industry. The surface is slightly smooth and bright. The colours are shining bright as well. After a 100 washes, the pattern is almost not affected. It also resists to stretch and do not ‘crack’.
Printing by flocking: the pattern is slightly raised, and it feels like velvet at touch. This printing method is the best for elegant patterns on polo shirts or on sweaters. The colours are not affected, even after multiple washes.
How to preserve the quality of my tee-shirt, polo or sweatshirt ?
Why have your patterns only one or two colours?
To print our scout designs, we are using the flocking or the flexography techniques. These printing techniques assure a long duration to our patterns and allow us to print on coloured t-shirt, polo and sweatshirt. Yet, these methods force us to use a limited number of colours. For economical reasons, we have limited the printings to two colours per product at maximum.
Am-I allowed to use your patterns for personal use ?
That is unfortunately not allowed! As a matter of fact, our designs are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. However, if you wanted to use them for some special events, do not hesitate to contact us. Similarly if you like our patterns and if you want to promote them, join our community of Ambassadors!
Online payment, is it not a bit risky?
Every internet transactions and personal information you give are protected by an SSL security encryption system – the same used for online banking. This technology assures an absolute security for online payment. It is represented on the page – or on your browser – by a little lock.
